YourTicket collects account and transaction information needed to provide event ticketing, account access, and payment processing. A selfie is required for account verification and fraud prevention. It is stored separately from public media and can only be viewed by authorized administrators. YourTicket does not use automated face recognition or face matching.

When you delete your account, access is disabled immediately. Your account information and selfie are retained for seven years to support financial records and fraud investigations. After that period, identifying profile data and photos are erased; transaction records that must be retained are kept with the account identity redacted.

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, profile information, event activity, payment records, and wallet records. This information is used for account verification, event management, support services, and fraud prevention.

We do not sell user data. Information may be shared only with trusted payment providers and support tools required to operate the platform securely.

Users are encouraged to protect their account credentials and keep contact information current. We use reasonable safeguards to secure personal and payment information.
